Because Tracktest operates within the European Union, individual users are protected by consumer rights that include a "Cooling-Off Period."Getting your money back is entirely possible, but you have to act quickly and meet a few specific conditions. Let’s break down exactly how the policy works and how you can claim your refund. Please note that if you purchased the credits or got the voucher code from our partners or distributors, you will need to contact them with this request.

What is the Tracktest Cooling-Off Period?

Step-by-Step: How to Request Your Refund
If you haven't taken the test yet and are still within your 14-day window, getting your refund is very simple. Order matters here—don't just post a social media message or file a chargeback with your bank, as that can complicate the process.
Follow these steps to submit your request successfully:
1. In your Tracktest profile -> tab Active credits, you will see the action Withdraw from contract and request refund
2. When you click the action, you will get the confirmation page with the calculated refund for all unused credits from that transaction.
Confirm that you want to withdraw from the contract. All your unused credits from that transaction will be deactivated, and Tracktest will issue a full refund through the payment gate to your bank card or PayPal from which you made the original transaction. You will also get the confirmation about the cancellation to your email.
If you made multiple separate purchases, you will be able to request a refund for any of those transactions.
