COVID-19 update


As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to evolve, we want to share what we are doing at TrackTest and how it affects our services.

Services for individuals:

Being primarily an online platform, our services are NOT directly impacted by the quarantine restrictions imposed on some countries.
You still can take our English tests remotely from home via the Internet using your computer or smartphone.

There were some isolate Internet connection outages in some countries reported, especially in the mobile data networks, so we recommend using the fixed Internet access during the test where it is possible.

If you take the Verified test, make sure you are alone in your room during the whole duration of the test.  We understand that it might be sometimes a challenge with all family members at home but we need to make sure that you took the verified test unassisted.

We continue to send the ordered optional paper certificates by post. The paper certificates are sent with the registered mail using the official postal service. Please check the limitations of the post office operation in your region before ordering.

Services for schools and companies

If you are an administrator of the school or company account and used to require taking the tests in your assessment centre, we now recommend using the Verified exam instead. Please contact us and we will be happy to explain to you the solution in detail.
